If you've used a password manager for some time, chances are you have some of these sitting around. While almost all sites use HTTPS for security these days, 1Password will flag sites for which you still have HTTP URLs stored. On a Password item, either choose Convert to Login to make it a proper Login entry, or archive/delete it as needed. While the entries in Passwords can be handy in the short term, such as recovering a password if it doesn't save correctly, there's not much reason to keep them around once you have a working login. The difference is that Logins are full profiles for logging into accounts, while Passwords are orphaned passwords that the service has created for you.
In 1Password (and some other managers), you'll notice separate categories for Logins and Passwords. Otherwise, it pays off to categorize notes and other info properly. You should only use generic notes if the data doesn't fit into any of those.
